By accessing or using the TreasureClub11 website and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

TreasureClub11 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TreasureClub11 regarding use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 years of age where required by local law) to register and use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement applicable in your jurisdiction.

The Platform is not available to individuals located in jurisdictions where online sweepstakes or gaming activities are prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

TreasureClub11 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of TreasureClub11 and its affiliates are prohibited from participating in any promotional or sweepstakes activities on the Platform.

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify TreasureClub11 immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

TreasureClub11 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. TreasureClub11 may suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

All deposits are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. TreasureClub11 does not store your full card details. By initiating a deposit, you authorize TreasureClub11 to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method.

The minimum deposit amount is $10. Deposits are credited to your Main Wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation. TreasureClub11 reserves the right to impose deposit limits as required by applicable law or internal risk policies.

All deposits are made in US Dollars (USD). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are charged by your card issuer or bank and are your sole responsibility.

Chargebacks and payment disputes are taken very seriously. In the event of a chargeback, TreasureClub11 reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, recover any outstanding amounts, and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. TreasureClub11 may request government-issued identification and proof of address before processing any withdrawal. This is required by law and for the prevention of fraud and money laundering.

The minimum withdrawal amount is $20. TreasureClub11 charges no withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees. The processing time is typically 1–15 minutes after verification is complete.

TreasureClub11 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the completion of security checks, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, or in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.

Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as disclosed on each promotion. Only funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

All games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited to ensure fairness and randomness. TreasureClub11 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Game accounts (credentials for third-party platforms such as VBlink) are generated by TreasureClub11 solely for use by the registered account holder. Sharing, selling, or transferring game accounts to any third party is strictly prohibited.

TreasureClub11 is not responsible for technical issues, connectivity problems, or interruptions caused by third-party gaming platforms. In the event of a verified technical error affecting a game outcome, TreasureClub11 will endeavor to remedy the situation in a fair and transparent manner.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes. Any attempt to exploit bugs, use automated software, or employ any system to gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account termination.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Bonuses are awarded at TreasureClub11's sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonuses obtained through fraudulent means will be voided.

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, all wagering requirements apply to real-money bets only.

TreasureClub11 reserves the right to limit the eligibility of any account for any bonus at its discretion, including but not limited to accounts where suspected abuse or multi-accounting is detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions placed on any account.

• Money laundering, structuring, or any other activity designed to conceal the origin of funds.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.

• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deception.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or TreasureClub11 staff.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

TreasureClub11 uses industry-standard AES-256 encryption to protect your personal data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share your information with third parties strictly as required by applicable law, court order, or government authority, or as necessary to prevent fraud, protect our rights, or fulfil our contractual obligations.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of TreasureClub11 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of the Platform's content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TREASURECLUB11 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TREASURECLUB11, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TREASURECLUB11'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU DEPOSITED IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

TreasureClub11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, at its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any balances remaining in your account at the time of termination for breach may be forfeited. Balances in accounts terminated for other reasons will be handled in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class action or representative action. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, TreasureClub11 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights.
